The Crowne Compact Urn Vault for Box Burial - White is sized to hold a single box-shaped urn such as the temporary container urn provided by many funeral homes. Many cemeteries require the use of an urn vault to protect the urn from the elements and possible damage from heavy cemetery equipment.
A water-tight adhesive is provided to seal the urn within the vault.
The vault is constructed from a high-tech polymer to maximize strength and durability. Polymer construction also ensures that the vault will not corrode or deteriorate over time. Under testing, the Crowne Compact Urn Vault for Box Burial - White was able to withstand 6,300 pounds of top load pressure. The color is white.
The size of this urn vault is not large enough for many standard / adult size urns made of metal, ceramic, marble, etc., and that are cylindrical in shape. For those needs, please consider the Basic Urn Vault White.
