Description

This keepsake urn is made using the techniques of cloisonne, a beautiful art form passed down through hundreds of years. Cloisonne is crafted by hand using brass, copper and colored enamel. Each cloisonne urn is a detailed work of art.
 
The Pear Blossom Keepsake Urn can be chosen by a family member to hold a small amount of cremated remains in remembrance at home. Some families decide on several keepsake urns so that each person can keep a small memorial. Keepsake urns also can be used to transport cremated remains to a special scattering location. In that case, the keepsake urn might be held onto and displayed as a memento after the scattering is over.
 
The lid on this keepsake urn is not threaded. If families wish to secure it, a strong adhesive such as E6000 should be applied to affix the lid to the base.
