The Small Journey Biodegradable Urn - Lily allows families to disperse cremated remains in water and features pretty lily flowers against a white background. Shaped like a small envelope or pillow, this scattering urn is designed to contain a portion of cremated remains. The family would take the urn to their preferred body of water and set it adrift -- where the contents will disperse into the water once the urn has gone under the surface and the paper has had time to break down.

The Small Journey Biodegradable Urn - Lily is an environmentally conscious choice -- made of organic paper derived from mulberry tree bark and recycled cardboard. No trees are cut down to produce this urn as the mulberry bark is harvested in a sustainable manner.

This product includes a water soluble bag (to contain the cremains), the urn, and a paper band to keep the side opening closed (and the bag secure inside the urn). Once the family is ready for the scattering ceremony, they can take it to the location and place it on the water. The Small Journey Biodegradable Urn - Lily will float briefly, sink, and break down in the water over time.
